So how did I end up in this line of work?
Well… it started with one very special moment. I was asked to officiate the wedding of my sister-in-law and her long-time partner of over 20 years. What an honour, right?

Now, full transparency, public speaking used to scare the hell out of me. I was worried about what people would think, how I’d go, and if I was even the right person for the job. But sometimes you’ve just got to get out of your comfort zone and say yes to the moment. So I did it anyway, nerves and all was I scared? Hell yeah, was I worried about what people would think? Absolutely! But I had to put those thoughts aside and provide the ceremony they deserved.

From there, things took off fast. Bookings started rolling in left, right and centre, and suddenly I found myself deep in the wedding world.

Thanks to my lovely hairdresser, who casually mentioned there was a huge gap in the market for elopement weddings. I was already a celebrant and knew a great photographer to team up with but I’m not really one to stick to the status quo.
So I thought… what if I also found a florist? And a caterer? Oh — and someone for hair and makeup? Maybe even accommodation too?
And that’s how it began. One big idea, a little chaos, and a whole lot of heart.

Now, I offer all-inclusive elopement packages designed to take the stress off your shoulders and create a day that’s just about you two. Not your third cousins, not the office crew, just you and your forever person, celebrating in a way that feels honest, beautiful, and completely yours.
